Based on the notice of March 13th , please notice the new instructions about applying the Health Declaration Code (HDC) for Passengers from Saudi Arabia to China:
1.Starting from April 7th , all passengers going to China should take 3 tests before boarding ,the first PCR test on the 7th day before boarding(Thursday one week before the flight),the second double PCR tests or PCR+IgM tests within 48 hours (Tuesday of the week of the flight) and the third PCR test within 12 hours before boarding(the day before the flight after 12:00 ). 2.The first two testing results must all be negative to apply for HDC. Passengers can submit all the required and relevant documents to apply for the HDC after they receive the negative test results within 48 hours before boarding.The Embassy and the Consulate General in KSA will review all the documents and issue the HDC to those who meet the requirements. If the third PCR test result is not negative, the relevant passengers’HDCs will be cancelled.

3. The third PCR test report is not required when applying for HDC. The Airline will inspect both the approved “HDC” and the third PCR test report (either printed or digital copy is accepted, while the result must be “negative”) before check-in or boarding.
4. In addition to the above adjustments, the requirements for isolation monitoring and other required documents remain unchanged. Please refer to Notice on the Updated Requirements for the Health Code Applications, posted on March 13th.
