In order to further facilitate necessary cross-border travels, the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will adjust the visa policy for foreign nationals travelling to China as follows: 

       1. The Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will accept applications from foreign students who apply for X1 visa for long-term academic education. The applicants should submit ‘Visa Application for Study in China’(JW201/202) and ‘Admission Notice’ (for new students) / ‘Certificate of Permission to Return Campus’ (for returning students) and other necessary materials required. In addition, family members of foreign students can apply for visa for companion or visiting. 

      2. From 0:00 on August 24, 2022 (Wednesday), Beijing time, foreign students with valid residence permits and foreign nationals with valid APEC business travel cards can enter China with above documents.
