On August 26, 2024, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua attended the opening ceremony of the Riyadh Chinese Visa Application Service Center. Nearly 100 people from relevant Saudi government departments, enterprises, media, Chinese companies and overseas Chinese representatives attended the ceremony.

In his speech, Ambassador Chang Hua congratulated the opening of the center. Ambassador Chang said that under the joint concern and guidance of the leaders of the two countries, cooperations between China and Saudi Arabia have been continuously deepened in various fields, people-to-people exchanges have been increasingly frequent and close. China's high-level opening-up will provide broader market and unprecedented development opportunities for countries around the world, including Saudi Arabia. The establishment of the Riyadh Chinese Visa Application Service Center aims to provide applicants with better, more convenient and efficient services. We welcome more friends to visit China and experience the open, inclusive, welcoming and friendly China.
