On June 30, 2025, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua met with Mr. Hani Fareed Wafa, Editor-in-Chief of the“Riyadh”Newspaper.

Ambassador Chang Hua said that in recent years, under the strategic guidance of head-of-state diplomacy and high-level exchanges, the China-Saudi Arabia comprehensive strategic partnership has achieved rapid development, with cooperation deepening continuously across various fields. As one of the most prominent and influential media outlets in Saudi Arabia, “Riyadh” Newspaper has consistently focused on and reported on China as well as the progress in China-Saudi Arabia relations and built a bridge of mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries. He expressed the hope that“Riyadh”Newspaper will continue to share the stories of China-Saudi Arabia friendship and play an even greater role in advancing bilateral relations.
