On July 6, 2025, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua met with Saudi Minister of Investment, H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih.

Ambassador Chang Hua said that China-Saudi Arabia economic and trade cooperation has broad prospects. The Fifth session of the Sub-Committee for Trade, Investment and Technology under the China-Saudi Arabia High-Level Joint Committee was successfully held not long ago.. China is willing to work with Saudi Arabia to earnestly implement the important consensus reached at the meeting, promote in-depth integration of the Belt and Road Initiative with the "Vision 2030", and continuously enrich the connotation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih expressed Saudi Arabia's willingness to work with China to continuously deepen economic and trade cooperation and steadily expand two-way investment. He welcomed Chinese companies to actively participate in various fields of Saudi Arabia's development, to benefit the peoples of both countries.
