On August 20, 2025, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua met with Dr. Mohammed bin Saud Al-Tamimi，the CEO of the Saudi Space Agency and Governor of the National Emergency Management Agency.

Ambassador Chang Hua stated that this year marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Saudi Arabia. Under the joint guidance of the leaders of both countries, bilateral relations have continued to develop steadily and healthily and entering the best period in history, with the deep alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. China is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Saudi Arabia in fields such as aerospace and emergency management to better benefit the people of both countries.

Dr. Mohammed bin Saud Al-Tamimi said that Saudi-China relations are friendly and close, and China’s achievements in areas such as aerospace have attracted global attention. He looks forward to further strengthening cooperation with relevant Chinese departments to continuously enrich the connotation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
