On June 25, 2025, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua visited the headquarters of Al Arabiya and met with the Deputy GM of Al Arabiya, Mr. Zaid bin kami.

Accompanied by Mr. Zaid bin kami, Ambassador Chang Hua visited the TV station's studio, editing and production room and other departments, and had cordial exchanges with the staff. Ambassador Chang Hua said that since its establishment in 2003, Al Arabiya has developed rapidly and has become a media with significant influence in Saudi Arabia and the region. He hopes that Chinese and Saudi news media will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation and make positive contributions to enhancing mutual understanding between the Chinese and Saudi peoples and between the Chinese and Arab peoples.

Mr. Zaid bin kami introduced the organizational structure and operational situation of Al Arabiya to Ambassador Chang Hua. He emphasized that Al Arabiya places great importance on news related to China and will continue with positive and objective reporting about China, supporting the development of Saudi Arabia-China relations.
