On September 8, 2024, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua met with Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development H.E. Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi.

Ambassador Chang Hua introduced the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, emphasizing that China will take comprehensively deepening reform as a driving force for development, in order to safeguard and improve people's livelihood in the process of development. China is willing to exchange experiences in state governance with Saudi Arabia and strengthen cooperation in relevant fields.

AlRajhi said that Saudi Arabia is willing to expand cooperation with China continuously in the fields of human resources training, social security and development.
