On September 2, 2026, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia H.E. Chang Hua visited LEAP 2026 and toured the Chinese technology companies in the exhibition.

    Ambassador Chang noted that China’s Belt and Road Initiative aligns closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, opening up vast opportunities for scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries. It's pleased to see Chinese companies showcase their innovative achievements in fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud computing, and smart devices at this exhibition. It's hoped that these companies would use technology as a bridge to deeply integrate into Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and industrial upgrading processes, becoming partners and co-builders in Saudi Arabia’s development.

    LEAP is a global technology exhibition held annually in Riyadh, covering a wide range of technological innovation fields. The event was first held in 2022, and LEAP 2026 took place from August 31 to September 3, with several Chinese companies participating.
