On December 9, 2025, Ambassador of China to Saudi Arabia Chang Hua paid a courtesy call on HRH Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, in Riyadh.

Ambassador Chang Hua briefed on the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, noting that China will continue to advance high-quality development and pursue high-level opening-up. He expressed China’s willingness to strengthen alignment between the development visions of the two countries, expand and deepen exchanges and cooperation across various fields. He hopes that the authorities of Asir Region will continue to support the steady development of Chinese companies operating in the region.

HRH Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz spoke highly of China’s remarkable achievements in economic and social development, and stated that Asir Region attaches great importance to cooperation with China. He welcomed greater participation by Chinese companies in local development projects to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
